Whale Tails – Fun Snacking!

In this house we love finding good snacks!  It’s even better when those snacks are made from organic ingredients, gluten free, and support a great cause!  Whale Tails were founded by people who grew up in Southern California near the ocean.  Their love for the ocean inspired these amazing chips!

Whale Tails come in three flavors, all of which are delicious!  And don’t you just love the fun Whale Tail shape?  It’s perfect for dipping, and my daughter just loves it!  Definitely a conversation starter at a party!

My favorite flavor was the Hawaiian Barbeque chips.  These sweet and savory chips have a taste of mango and lime and if you aren’t careful you’ll eat a full bag before you know it!  These were Little Miss’ favorites as well.

The Blue Tor”chia” Chip was my second favorite.  They’re made from organic blue corn infused with chia.  Not only does the chia add a healthy factor to the chips, it also gives the chips a nice nutty flavor that I really enjoyed.  Chia contains higher amounts of omega-3 than any other vegetarian source, all essential amino acids, and five times more calcium than milk.

Last, but certainly not least is the original flavor – Yellow Organic Corn with “Alaea” Red Gourmet Hawaiian Sea Salt.  Unique to the Hawaiian Islands, Alaea salt is low in sodium and high in trace minerals.  Pair it with salsa or guacamole for a great snack!

I would definitely recommend these chips to anyone looking for something organic or unique!  They’re not only delicious, they make a statement too!  You can purchase Whale Tails at ecobold.

Honestly, I had never heard of them either, until they asked me if I’d like to review them. I hope I’m able to find some locally after the ones they sent me run out!
