Do you have problems getting your child to sleep at night? I know we do! Some nights Little Miss goes to bed easily, but other nights it can be a huge struggle. On the nights when it’s a huge struggle you can definitely tell the next day too! She can get quite cranky.

Little Miss loves reading this book at bedtime. She enjoys the stretches and poses so much! If you aren’t sure about a pose, there are very complete instructions with pictures in the index portion of the book. I would recommend looking over this section of the book before reading so you don’t have to flip back and forth. The front of the book has cartoon illustrations of children doing the poses which is great at reminding you and your child what to do.
Yawning Yoga helps shift the focus from all of the outside stimuli to stretching, posture, and breath work. And as we all know, if our child is sleeping well then we sleep well!
