So when they let me pick out something to review, it was like an early Mother’s Day for me! They have so many wonderful Green Gifts!
I got to try out the Stackable Lunch Pot, which I picked since I’m in need of some great lunch solutions. I love this “lunchbox”! It’s actually pretty small, so it’s easy to carry and store, but at the same time it holds a lot. Because of the way it’s designed, you can carry a cold item and a item you want to warm up easily. This is great, because I usually like a salad or some fruit along with my lunch.
The lid fits very securely, so I’m not expecting any leaking issues, and the spork is awesome! Perfect for soup and a salad, which is one of my favorite lunches. It’s microwave and dishwasher safe, BPA free, and when you aren’t using them, they nest into each other so they don’t take up much room.
Since I love plants, I also got the Growbottle. I thought this would be a fun project to do with Little Miss, and I love that it upcycles a wine bottle! We had so much fun putting it together, and I can’t wait until our basil starts growing! Little Miss will not only get to see a plant grow, but she’ll get to see the root system and I can teach her about hydroponic gardening thanks to this great kit.
I recommend setting your Growbottle up outside, because it is a bit messy. We’re really looking forward to watching the seeds sprout and grow! Little Miss and I both love growing things, so this is right up our ally. Not to mention I love fresh basil!
