This week I’m home alone. My daughter’s spending the week with her cousin and my parents, and my husband is working. I have to admit, tonight was a little rough, but I know I’ll enjoy the time to be able to think about myself and do what I want – something that often gets put on the back burner.

You see, my goal these past four years has been to be the best Mom and Wife I can be. And it’s true – it’s definitely made s my life happy. However, it is nice to sit back with few responsibilities for a short time!
So hopefully I’ll post a bit more this week, and get caught up on some of my projects here. And when it’s time for Little Miss to come home, I’ll be waiting with open arms and a renewed energy for her!













In addition to projects, do something decadent for your self!
Read a book, try a yoga class, buy a fancy tea:)
I know you miss them, but the week will fly by. Enjoy your time while you have it, and post about what you do!

I should definitely try a yoga class! I don’t go to them much anymore – just do the tapes, which isn’t nearly as nice.

I think breathing room is important… sometimes you need some time to yourself so you realize how much you miss the kids and husband!
