School is starting soon (if it hasn’t started already) – can you believe it? I’m sure those of you who have children at home for the summer are ready! Little Miss started this past Monday. It wasn’t a huge change for her, since she’s going to the same place. She just gets to go upstairs with the “big kids” now.
One thing we’ve used every day since she started back is the Rubbermaid Lunch Blox Kit. The sizes are perfect for her, and she loves how they all fit together! There is a sandwich box, and then three smaller containers that can snap onto them. One is perfect for holding some fruit, and the other two are great for dips, nuts, or something else that is small. There is also a thin ice pack that can snap onto the sandwich box if any of the items need to stay cold. The lids stay secure, but Little Miss is able to handle everything herself – she doesn’t have any problems opening or closing the containers. Of course all items are microwave-, dishwasher- and freezer-safe and BPA-free.
