Are you a fan of The Great Mouse Detective? You’ll want to check out “The Great Mouse Detective” Mystery in the Mist Edition on Blu-Ray then! Little Miss thought it was a little scary, but it’s a cute movie. I’m sure many Disney fans are already familiar with it!
Basil of Bakerstreet, the title character in The Great Mouse Detective: Mystery in the Mist Edition, proves you don’t have to be big to solve big cases! The Sherlock Holmes of Mousedom Embarks on a Heroic Journey when sweet little Olivia Flaversham’s dad is mousenapped during her birthday celebration; Olivia seeks out Basil to help get him back. Basil is reluctant to take the case until he realizes that Olivia’s father has been taken by none other than Professor Ratigan, Basil’s arch-nemesis. Ratigan had his loopy, batty bat with a peg leg (Fidget) snatch Hiram to force him to make a robot that mimics the voice of the Queen of Mice so he can rule over the entire country. It’s up to Basil to stop him, along with a little help from his good friend Dr. Dawson and Sherlock Holmes’ pet dog, Toby.
