I haven’t actually done the 108 day program, even though I hope to at some point. Just with all of the craziness from moving it hasn’t been a good time to start it. There is a great calendar in the set that tells you exactly what to do each day of the program. Travis recommends a vegan diet during the program, and has various days with challenges such as a juice fast.
Even if you aren’t doing the program every day, the discs are great on their on. Travis reminds us that everyone is different, so your journey may not follow the program exactly. I love the way he talks through the poses. If you have yoga experience, you’ll most likely be able to follow along using his verbal cues rather than having to constantly look at the video. If you’re new to yoga it may take you a few times before you don’t have to look, but I think you’ll get there.
While Travis assumes you know some yoga, someone not familiar with yoga could do these discs with some patience. The disks are challenging, but they don’t include a lot of poses that are impossible for those who aren’t yoga experts. There are 12 discs in the package, each one with an hour long class or meditation practice.
