I love eating unique food inspired by other countries, but I don’t always have the time or knowledge to recreate the great sauces they use. That is why I was more than happy to sample WORLDFOODS products. Currently the brand offers 65 different sauces, dips, and marinades all inspired by the tastes of Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, China, and India.

I tried the Thai Panang Curry Cooking Sauce (Thai Creamy Chili Kaffir Lime), and it was delicious! A deliciously creamy sauce with spicy chillies balanced with sweet coconut milk and zesty kaffir lime. A medium heat creamy stir-fry sauce suitable for chicken, seafood, tofu and vegetables. Perfect to create an authentic Panang dish.
It was so easy to put together – I had some tofu that I had cut into small squares and baked already (about half of a package). I sautéed about half a container of baby bellas, added the tofu and a package of stir fry vegetables, and sautéed for about three minutes. I then added the sauce and simmered for two minutes. You can serve over rice or noodles, or eat them on their own. I liked the hint of spice without it being overwhelming.
